Christina Meade Executive Director & Founder
A self-described nerd girl, Christina used her expertise in education, business experience and passion for women's issues to launch the organization whose mission is to educate and encourage teen girls in the pursuit of business and political leadership positions. Her programs help teen girls understand the power and importance of their voice and how to use it to affect change within their communities.
LaGina Harris Communications Director
LaGina is an entrepreneur, creator, host, and producer of the LaRae Infinity “Let’s Talk” podcast series and founder of The Us Space. Her brand, LaRae Infinity, is built around uplifting and bringing positive energy to marginalized people by being socially responsible. LaRae Infinity strives to always challenge the norm and bring supportive growth to communities.
Katherine Glasser President
Kate is a global business executive with over 15 years of business leadership across both mid-size businesses and large multinational corporations. She is passionate about great leadership, ending inequality and supporting others to be their best selves. Every day she tries to do something scary to live up to the word that most inspires her, “intrepid”.
Tara Racer Treasurer
As Managing Partner of Aberdare Business Solutions, Tara is proud to lead a team dedicated to providing clients with comprehensive, flexible and highly personalized service. She is a founding member of the Katy Woman’s Leadership Circle, a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor and a member of the National Association of Certified QuickBooks Advisors.
Chidinma Aham-Neze Program Director
Chidinma, a Financial Analyst at HP Enterprise, is a part of the Women’s Network Employee Resource Group at her company, to show support towards fellow women. She has served on the board of the National Association of Women MBAs -UH chapter, where she drove initiatives to enable professional development of women in the business graduate school.
Trina Titze Secretary
Trina has 24 years of experience in education starting as an 8th grade science teacher in Dallas ISD. She describes the best part of teaching as developing relationships with students and helping them navigate the middle school years. After completing her Master’s in Educational Leadership, she became an A.P for Richardson ISD where she continued helping students become the best person they could be.
Shivani York Volunteer Director
Shivani, a Chief Operating Officer at Ookla, has a long track record of leading, operating, growing and scaling organizations. Her focus over the last decade has been to create healthy, growth driven organizations that are rooted in accountability and process. Through her 20 years of working, her ability to create organizations that are set up for growth is rooted in her extensive experience.
