Our Mission

To change the landscape of leadership by supporting and preparing young women of diverse backgrounds to become the decision makers in business, politics, the arts and more, thus making their impact on society.

Our Why

  • Girls are twice as likely as boys to worry that leadership roles will make them seem bossy.
  • Between elementary and high school, a girl’s self-esteem drops 3.5 times more than boys.

Our Programs

Our Results

Since 2018, we have served 331 young women with 422 hours of FREE programming. Through our programs, these young women

  • have been accepted into business mentorship programs.
  • have gone out for & accepted school leadership positions.
  • started setting goals & creating action plans for meeting them.
  • are better prepared for interviews for college, jobs and scholarships.
