Allison Schneider is a risk management consultant and sales professional with Holmes Murphy. Her job is to build relationships with contractors, architects, and engineers to place their insurance programs and manage their risk. Allison works with about 35 companies in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Illinois. Allison said “I’ve had the gift of many key mentors in my life that have propelled my career in a huge way, and I’m a big advocate for mentorship in the workplace!” Allison was the recipient of the “Rising Young Professional” award in 2021 by The Daily Reporter and became a shareholder of her company in 2024.

Hobbies: I was heavily involved in Future Business Leaders of America, at the local, state, and national level. I played volleyball, basketball, softball, and golf, and played the alto saxophone in the band. My husband and I lived in Madison, WI for several years after we graduated from college, and have now relocated back to my small hometown north of Madison.
Clubs: I am involved in several industry associations that serve the construction, architecture,
and engineering industries.
