Shaina Miller
Managing Director
Shaina started with her current company when she was 18 years old as a temp employee. She just hit her 10 year mark with the company and has worked every position possible and made the leap into sales in 2020! Shaina was awarded ‘Rookie of the Year’ her first year in sales and became the firm’s youngest Managing Director. Shaina doesn’t have a college degree, and she certainly had her fair share of struggles along the way but she persisted! Shaina says “I got here solely because of my hard work and determination and would love to encourage the younger generation that college does not have to be the only path forward to success.”
Fun Facts
Degrees: High school Degree, Health and Life License
Hobbies: I head up our Higginbotham Charity Committee and I love learning about other non profits and ways to get involved in our community. Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and 19 month old daughter. Everything I do is to be the best mentor for her one day and I believe this is one way to do that!
Clubs: I have been a part of Texas City Women in Business and on the Board of Directors for Texas Bay Area SHRM
