Susan Schoolfield

Vice President of Organization Development and Change Management

Susan Schoolfield has led some fairly large global projects in the medical device and Pharma space that have entailed the merger and acquisitions of some large corporations, such as Becton Dickinson, CR Bard, Pfizer, Wyeth and Merck, focusing on the leadership and the organizational aspects of the acquisition, in some cases over multiple years. She has also built and led several transformation offices in major healthcare organizations such as Memorial Sloan Kettering and the University of Pennsylvania Healthcare System. Susan is a certified coach and has worked with many corporate officers and senior leaders across various industries. Additionally, Susan spearheaded and taught at the Non-profit Executive Leadership Institute at Bryn Mawr College.

Hobbies: I rescue horses and train them to work with special needs children, I also rescue dogs and volunteer at an animal shelter. I love to read, cook, practice pilates, as well as, take hikes with my family. I love all kinds of music, particularly jazz. When I was in high school I was in a drama club and a debate club. I also volunteered at a school for special needs teenagers doing art with them, as well as a soup kitchen. I live on the coast in Connecticut, an hour outside of NYC.
