Kelly Gregory

How did you get in to the industry?
Blood, sweat, tears, & lots of love and support from my family growing up as a young, inquisitive girl. I had a passion to plan, design, and build since forever and had a talent for STEM (as well as leading efficient projects).

It started with my legos, puzzles and building pretty, functional
structures for my Barbies & bugs.

With over a century of family history in the construction business, I not only had the genes, but I had an opportunity to see parts of the industry from a young age. I also had an influential high school teacher who supported my passion. Although I was the “only girl in drafting,” and in higher STEM, I was selected for a paid internship by a civil engineering firm my Senior year. This all influenced my next steps to a life of learning and “Corporate America” with General Electric, Prudential, Hollywood Marine, Merrill Lynch, Texaco & Chevron.
