Jessica Buckner started at GEICO in 2012, like most associates, in an entry level position. Because of GEICOs “promote from within” culture she was able to move up quickly and relocated to the Houston office as a part of the Hiring and Recruiting team. In her current role as an E-Recruiter she is able to build relationship with top candidates that she finds either online and on campus and give them a new start at an amazing career. Jessica is in the top 15% of recruiters on LinkedIn and with her help the GEICO Houston office exceeds their hiring goals. Her passion for changing lives and really getting to know her candidates has been the driving force behind her success.
