Nerdy Girl Success, Inc programs would not be possible without the help of volunteers! Below are the different ways you can get involved. If you are interested in volunteering, you will need to complete a volunteer application (Click Here).
Advisory Board Member
To achieve our mission, Nerdy Girl Success has a Board of Directors to help advise the organization on impact, strategy, finance, brand, and programming. However, to be successful Nerdy Girl Success relies on many more people to help drive this change through their time commitment, brand ambassador activities and their financial commitment. The Advisory board plays an important role in both helping drive awareness for Nerdy Girl Success as well as helping give feedback to continually improve the organization.
Board Committee Members
Share your expertise and help Nerdy Girl Success grow to become an international organization impacting girls across the globe. The Fundraising Committee initiates and builds relationships with individuals, organizations and foundations and raises the funds necessary for Nerdy Girl Success, Inc to operate and grow. The Marketing Committee helps get the word out strategically. The Program Committee helps create impactful programs for the girls and measures our successes and areas for growth. The Volunteer Committee helps organize all of the necessary individuals needed to run the programs. We draw our Board of Directors from those who have served on the Advisory Board.
Be a Mentor
We are setting up our inaugural year for our mentor program to begin January 2022. This is an after school program whose purpose is to support young women in high school in their journey to becoming tomorrow’s leaders and exploring their career aspirations. We are looking for mentors to work with the girls and instructors who can assist with teaching the ins and outs of the career world and landing internships.
NGS Live Resource Center - launching fall 2021
This is a virtual set up where young women from all over will be able to tap into and learn from women from across the globe! Do you have an amazing career that you’d love to share with our Nerdy Girls? Maybe there’s a great skill you can teach the girls (think of all the things you wish you had known before entering the workforce). Welcome to the NGS Live Resource Center! It’s here to provide the young women in our programs the opportunity to learn and explore the career world from amazing women just like you!

Summer Camp Volunteers - Summer 2022
- Lunch Time Chats – come have lunch with the girls and share your business and/or career with them. They LOVE hearing from women in business and government!
- Business Camp Instructor – come teach the girls about an aspect of business where you’re the expert. For example: Are you a CPA? We need someone to teach the girls the numbers side of business (Gross Profit, Net Profit, Break Even, etc).
- Girls In Office – come teach the girls about local government and how to get involved with their communities.
Sponsor/Donor/Partner
Our sponsors, donors and partners help Nerdy Girl Success deliver and expand our programs thus increasing our impact on our future leaders. With their support, we are able to expand our programs and keep them free for all girls to participate.
