A self-described nerd girl, Christina used her expertise in education, business experience and passion for women’s issues to launch the organization whose mission is to educate and encourage teen girls in the pursuit of business and political leadership positions. Her programs help teen girls understand the power and importance of their voice and how to use it to affect change within their communities.
Jocelyn Durant
President
Jocelyn has over 20 years of marketing experience, amassing strategic experience in several industries; banking, medical, manufacturing, and legal. Her creative marketing spirit is ignited by developing strategies for growth through rebranding, public relations, digital marketing and communications. As a leader she cultivates diverse teams, fosters varied perspectives and promotes continuing education and training.
Lauren Tisdale
Vice-President
Lauren in the Chief Legal Officer for a privately held commercial finance company. In her role, she responsible for transaction management, risk management, compliance and corporate record keeping. Lauren assists in vetting and closing financing for commercial borrowers. In her career, she has held both legal and business development roles and enjoy all of it!
Christa Jaganath
Co-Treasurer
Christa Jaganath is a managing director in the audit and assurance group at Crowe. She specializes in audit and attestation services. Christa has more than 13 years of experience providing employee benefit plan audits, technical accounting and reporting based on both International Financial Reporting Standards and U.S. generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

Aaron Brown has spent over 30 years in the legal support industry, leading sales and marketing teams for multiple private equity backed companies. He specializes in creating high-performing and diverse teams, fostering working cultures that support both professional and personal development.

Irene is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and compliance law. She currently serves as a Compliance Senior Legal Counsel at SLB.

Joe is a former college athlete turned Executive Recruiter. He recently married his wife, Lauren, who he met at a dog park in Chicago where they still live with their two dogs, Maddux and Tate. He is an accomplished recruiter that is passionate about building and developing relationships both professionally and in his personal life.

Nag serve as the Head of Engineering for The Doctors Company leading the completion of the implementation of a digital transformation for the insurance value chain and the move forward architecture to integrate value added services. My primary experience is in the P&C Insurance and the Banking space working in the US and in the Nordics.

As the General Counsel for the Well Construction, Naana supports the division’s global strategy, and business objectives by serving as an integral member of the Division HQ management team, overseeing a team of Division Legal Counsels, and engaging with HQ teams and related business lines.

Seema is a trusted advisor and strategic partner to C-Suites and Boards, known for delivering exceptional results. Recognized for her collaborative and adaptive leadership style, she brings deep expertise in technology, cybersecurity, governance, and leadership, effectively navigating evolving trends and modern disruptors to create sustainable business value. As a Co-Founder / Managing Partner, her firm works with public and private companies to deliver strategic guidance on technology, interim CIO services, and coach technology leaders.

Rachel Ivey is an Executive leader who has led teams in Product development, Creative and Art Direction and Brand Marketing. The amazing companies she has worked for include Williams-Sonoma, Wal-Mart, Crane and Co., S’well Bottle, Michael Aram, Womaness and Jetson. These opportunities have allowed Rachel to build an incredible business, one in which she tells beautiful stories that inspire consumers and nurture designers to be their best.

Kelsey is a Marketing and Business Development Manager in the legal industry with a passion for brand storytelling and strategic relationship building. She also serves as an adjunct marketing instructor at the collegiate level, mentoring aspiring professionals. Committed to empowering women and girls, Kelsey supports initiatives that foster leadership, confidence, and career growth.

Ginger has been with Allstate for 25 years where she has held several
positions in Finance, Ethics & Compliance, Connected Car, and Product. Under Ginger’s leadership, Allstate emerged as an industry leader in telematics. Ginger is championing the shift to product mindset to more effectively meet the needs of the rapidly changing marketplace. Her team is central to the design and build of Allstate’s new products.
