This episode is about one of my least favorite quotes, Fake it til you make it. How many of us subscribe to that mentality or philosophy? Is it a mantra that helps you push through your self-doubt? Or is it setting us up with thoughts and beliefs that, right here right now, we are not enough.

Last weekend I had the opportunity to speak to a group of teen girls. I was nervous, anxious leading up to it because I had been asked to speak on a topic I’ve never done before ~ Self Worth. I even told the organizer that I may not be right for this.
We’ve been hearing it a lot lately. 2018 the Year of the Woman! It got me to thinking…Wasn’t last year Year of the Woman? And I swear in my lifetime, I’ve heard this before. Don’t get me wrong or misunderstand. I’m all about us getting the spotlight and recognition. But it really got me to wondering, what kind of impact does it have.
