Naana Danquah Jefferson
General Counsel Americas Land
Naana serves on the Steering Committee and as a Community Outreach Co-Chair for the Black Organization for Leadership and Diversity (BOLD), a SLB Employee Resource Group. She is a Director on the Lupus Foundation Texas Gulf Coast Chapter Board, Literacy for Life Board, and serves in an advisory capacity to Nerdy Girl Success® and CenterForce USA.
Naana has a passion for helping others via mentoring, volunteering, and fundraising activities on an individual, local, and state level. In 2023, her success was recognized by being among Hart Energy’s 25 Influential Women in Energy.
Naana Danquah Jefferson is the General Counsel Americas Land, for SLB located in Houston, Texas. As an integral member of the Basin HQ Management team, she oversees a team covering onshore operations in the US, Canada, and South America. With over 17 years with SLB, Naana has held various legal positions providing support and guidance to operations and technology, and in compliance roles in benefits and human resources.

Hobbies: In high school I was captain of my step team. I loved theater arts. I would sing, dance and act in musical theater plays. My first job was at Kroger as a cashier and my senior year I had a co-op job at American General in their legal department. I love to dance many different genres. I was a Zumba and fitness instructor. I used to own a dance and fitness studio while I worked full time. I love creative arts. I make jewelry, sew a little and crochet a lot. I am on the board for the Lupus Foundation Texas Gulf Coast Chapter. I am the Co-chair for Community Outreach for our employee resource group. I love all kinds of music, especially Latin music all though my Spanish needs work.
