Her programs help teen girls understand the power and importance of their voice and how to use it to affect change within their communities.

Lauren Tisdale

Lauren is Chief Legal Officer for a privately held commercial finance company, overseeing transaction management, risk management, compliance, and corporate record keeping. She plays a key role in vetting and closing financing for commercial borrowers. With legal and business development experience, she brings a practical, business-focused perspective.

Aaron has more than 30 years of experience in the legal support industry, leading sales and marketing teams for private equity–backed companies. He is known for building high-performing, diverse teams and fostering cultures that support professional growth and personal development. As General Counsel for Well Construction, Naana supports global strategy and business objectives as a member of the Division HQ management team. She oversees a team of Division Legal Counsels and partners closely with HQ teams and related business lines. Naana brings a strategic, collaborative approach to legal leadership.
